Our 40 private and semi-private luxurious live-in suites are available in several different floor plans, providing residents with a wide range of options to accommodate a variety of preferences and needs. All suites are equipped with a full bathroom and their own air conditioning unit to control individual climate. Cable, water, and electricity are all included, and free Wifi is available in every room. Suites do not come furnished, but Beau West provides access to excellent resources that can assist you in furnishing the home of your dreams.

To promote and foster community education, The Peristyle at Beau West has a resource library known as The Alzheimer’s Education and Support Center that is open to those seeking to learn more about dementia. We also partner with memory care experts to share breakthrough information, research, and knowledge by hosting regular educational events and seminars that provide useful information to those who have a loved one living with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
We have 40 luxury private and semi-private suites that are divided into two neighborhoods, The Pontchartrain and The Fontainebleau. Our design focuses on enhancing specialized care and providing stimulating socialization. Each neighborhood boasts its own community dining room, living room, and therapeutic garden. Experience has shown that the Beau West Neighborhood Design significantly enhances our residents’ sense of community, familiarity, safety and support.
Beau West plans daily activities that are fun, enriching, and diverse, including favorites like crafts and Bingo, as well as special events like performances by local theater and choir groups and interesting group outings. Residents enjoy weekly happy hours and ice cream socials, along with monthly birthday celebrations and regular family events.
Non-denominational religious services are offered to all Beau West residents, as well as Catholic options such as Communion, rosary service, and Mass.
We want to make life as easy and comfortable for our residents as possible, and part of that extreme level of hospitality is taking care of the housekeeping and laundry.
Here at Beau West, all utilities are included, and free Wifi is available in every room.
We believe that it is vitally important to nurture and support physical fitness at all ages, which is why we have senior fitness experts visit the community and teach results-driven fitness classes that are tailored around each resident’s physical abilities.
We understand the sacred relationship between a woman and her beauty routine, as well as the special bond a man shares with his barber, which is why we provide an onsite beauty shop and spa for all of our residents’ hair and nail needs.
An integral part of providing our Beau West residents with the best of the best is nourishing their bodies and palates with delectable, nutrient-rich cuisine served in a restaurant-style setting at “The Cafe” Our residents enjoy delicious meals and snacks. We also cater to individual requests and special dietary needs.
