Services are determined by the needs of the resident. An assessment is done prior to admission to determine the level of care needed.

Services are individually planned by involving the family and caregivers and are adapted in response to the resident’s assessment.

Level 1

  • Private Suite ----------------- $6,100
  • Semi-Private Suite ---------- $5,100
  • One-Time Community Fee- $3,000

Includes:

  • Daily well-being checks
  • 24-hour nurse on staff
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Escort service to meals and activities daily
  • Consultations with Beau West staff regarding social activities
  • Monitoring and coordinating health related problems
  • Assistance in coordinating appointments with professionals offering physical rehabilitation, home health services, physical, occupational and speech therapies

Level 2

  • Private Suite---------------- $6,300
  • Semi-Private Suite---------- $5,300
  • One-Time Community Fee- $3,000

Includes:

  • All services in Level I
  • Medication Management (assistance with self-administered medications, storage, and distribution of medications)
  • Assistance with dressing
  • Grooming Assistance
  • Bathing assistance 1-2 times per week
  • Assistance with making medical and dental appointments

Level 3

  • Private Suite----------------- $6,600
  • Semi-Private Suite---------- $5,600
  • One-Time Community Fee- $3,000

Includes:

  • All services in Levels 1 and 2
  • Bathing Assistance more than 3 times per week
  • Laundry more than 3 times per week
  • Assistance with dining, if needed
  • Assistance with ambulation (stand by assist with walker)
  • Incontinence care

Level 4

  • Private Suite----------------- $6,900
  • Semi-Private Suite---------- $5,900
  • One-Time Community Fee- $3,000

Includes:

  • All Levels 1, 2 and 3 plus additional staff required to complete more intensive care.
